By accessing or using Murkuz ("the Service"), operated by Ertiqah, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Murkuz is an autonomous SEO operations platform that detects ranking changes, generates content fixes, publishes to CMS platforms, and tracks impact. The Service includes the web application, API, integrations, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Murkuz offers paid subscription plans with different feature levels and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Changes apply at your next billing cycle.
• AI credits included in your plan are consumed as you use AI features. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or low-quality content at scale
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-generated content suggestions become your property once you accept and publish them. We do not claim ownership of content generated for you by the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Slack, ClickUp). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.

8. Auto-Execution Disclaimer

When auto-execution is enabled, Murkuz may automatically publish content changes to your connected CMS. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring auto-execution settings. We recommend starting in manual mode to review suggestions before enabling auto-execution.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murkuz and Ertiqah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to ranking changes, traffic losses, or content published through auto-execution.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal proceedings.
